1. The competition

The title of the competition is X-TRON LIVE Training League.

X-TRON LIVE Training League is a LIVE inter-gym fitness competition in the UK. The X-TRON year is made up of three seasons. Each season (competition) is three (3) months in duration.

In each competition, the Promoter will set eight (8) exercises for you to complete and input your best effort time or heaviest weight achieved. Multiple result submissions during the competition window are permitted.

Work to make it into the top 10 of your age group to qualify for a free spot in the LIVE event, held every four (4) months.

In addition, each valid entry into the competition will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw and to receive the benefits described below.

Prizes

• Each entry will be entered into the prize draw to win the allocated prize. Prize details will be displayed on the website and on X-TRON social media.
• The prize will be no less than £600.

2. How to enter

1. Entry into the competition is via the registration page x-tronlive.com. Entry is open for the full duration of each 3-month competition. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the competition dates advertised on the website.
2. Pay the registration fee (“Fee”):

• 17 and under: £40
• 18+: £50

Promotion codes may be available on the website or via X-TRON social media.

1. Each competition will be open from 00:01 to 23:59 on the dates advertised. Entries submitted before or after these times will not count.
2. Upon registration you will be given your own unique TRON ID number and TRON TAG, which will be sent to you by post. You will then have the remaining competition window to input your personal best results.
3. The exercises will consist of:

• Four (4) muscular endurance exercises (12 reps)
• Four (4) cardiovascular exercises (timed)

1. Members must post evidence of their personal best attempts on the members’ social media, showing their TRON ID in the photo or video, and tag X-TRON, to help validate the results submitted.
2. When completing cardiovascular exercises, members are encouraged to show their heart rate.
3. Gender categories are based on age group and male/female. You may only enter the gender category corresponding to your sex at birth. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and no refund will be given.
4. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter for you to access the LIVE UK competition. Entries will be open for the duration of the 3-month window. Dates can be found on the website.
5. The Promoter will not accept:

• responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including as a result of any technology failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
• proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

1. By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Members may be queried or reported if another member believes fraudulent data has been submitted. This will be investigated by the Promoter and a decision will be made. The Promoter’s decision is final.

3. Eligibility

The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 12 years or over, except:

• employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of the persons listed above.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, eligible to claim any prize you may win, and that you are in generally good health. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility.

The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

• automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including, without limitation, chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
• completed by third parties;
• illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with;
• photocopies;
• false or incomplete; or
• not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You must not use false information or misrepresent the information of another person as applying to you. Anyone who uses false or misleading information or documents to gain entry will be disqualified and may be banned from participating in future competitions.

You must not input false data into the competition website. Entering false data to elevate your league position will result in disqualification and may prevent participation in future competitions.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

Competition entries cannot be returned or transferred.

4. The LIVE event

1. If you finish in the top 10 of your age group, you will be automatically selected to take part in the X-TRON LIVE event for free. If you do not want to accept your spot, roll-down selections will be offered.
2. The top 10 from each age category will be selected at 23:59 on the last day of the competition. At this stage, the scores will be recorded and saved.
3. The LIVE event qualifiers will be expected to achieve approximately the times and weights set in the online challenges.
4. Cash prizes will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

5. Qualifiers

The Promoter will contact qualifiers (and any roll-down slots, if applicable) as soon as practicable following the end of each competition, using the telephone number or email address provided on entry. The Promoter will not amend contact information once the entry form has been submitted.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the qualifiers and, if applicable, copies of their successful qualification, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at the address set out above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the closing date of the competition.

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and qualification being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6. Claiming the prize draw

1. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the prize within 14 days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility if you are not able to accept the prize.
4. The prize draw will take place within one (1) week of each competition closing.

7. Limitation of liability

As permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the competition or taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• entry into the competition may be physically strenuous;
• certain exercises or activities may be unsuitable for you if you have special needs, or any medical, health or fitness problem or condition;
• due to the remote nature of the competition, the Promoter cannot attend, assist, advise, arrange for, or alert any third party to do so if you fall ill or have an accident during participation;
• you voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is an inherent risk of personal injury or illness arising from participation in exercise or activity and the use of any equipment you use; and
• by entering and participating, you confirm that you have no health or fitness problems (including, without limitation, cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or other breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy; or allergies) that may affect your participation.

You will ensure you are fit and well enough to participate in any competition you enter, and you remain responsible at all times for your own state of health, physical condition and wellbeing.

If you have any concerns about your fitness or health, you will seek appropriate medical advice from your GP, physiotherapist, or other relevant professional adviser before purchasing or participating. Where necessary, you must obtain clearance before you book or participate. The Promoter cannot and does not provide medical advice or clearance.

8. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property

All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

• assign absolutely to the Promoter all intellectual property rights in the entry with full title guarantee; and
• waive absolutely all moral rights in and to your entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry, to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended) and under any similar legislation in force anywhere in the world.

By submitting any evidence of your competition entry or any other reference to the competition on social media, you agree that the Promoter may use such material to promote the competition on its own social media channels.

9. Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in X-TRON’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.

10. SMS / Messaging terms

When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your sign-up.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from X-TRON. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system to the mobile number you provided when signing up (or any other number you designate).

Message frequency varies, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with X-TRON. X-TRON reserves the right to alter message frequency at any time, and to change the short code, phone number or alphanumeric sender from which messages are sent.

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe, either by texting STOP or via an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from X-TRON again, sign up as you did the first time and messages will resume.

Transfer of number

Before changing or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you agree to either reply STOP from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected]. This is a condition of using the service.

Messaging terms changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging programme at any time, and to update these messaging terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree, you should cancel your enrolment. Continued enrolment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. General

• If there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating.
• The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any court proceedings must be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.
